The guys over at Rumi were an amazing help! My original garage door unit is just shy of 20 years old. We all know that is the life span of these lift master garage door units. The technician came out to my house in a few hours notice and was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. Instead of going straight to the most expensive sales option and replacing it with a new one he gave me an option to replace a few damaged components that weren’t nearly as costly as getting a new one. I was able to have my garage door in working order within a few hours! Highly recommend these guys for all of your garage door needs. From installs to repairs! Awesome people to work with.
