Even during this time of isolation he came out the day after I... called and identified the issue I had with a 15 year old broken garage door cable and spring. He drove to Tinley Park the next morning to get the needed parts and had repaired my door by noon that day. Very courteous and easy to deal with.read more

A great experience with Rumi Garage Door Co.! Showed up on time and was very courteous/professional. Explained the... issues I was having in our initial correspondence and they explained a couple of options they may have to do as a means to fix the opener. After looking at the opener it ended up being a simple fix and they were on their way in 15 minutes. Very respectful, honest and good pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again!read more

These guys are great, arrive when they say they will, work fast and clean, reasonable prices! I just had a torsion... spring and a garage door roller replaced in 20 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.read more
